Hartford Railway Station is on the Crewe to Liverpool Lime Street Line via Runcorn and Liverpool South Parkway.

The station is on the A559, Chester Road, from Northwich to Sandiway, directly opposite the Coachman pub.

There is a bus service (Monday – Saturday) from outside the railway station to Northwich, Sandiway, Tarvin and Chester.

The station is staffed part time and has a no-charge car park for over 80 vehicles.  There are toilets at this station.
