Getting to Chester by Train
Chester Railway Station is just over two hours from London with a direct service every hour. There are also direct services from Birmingham, Birmingham International Airport, Cardiff and the North Wales Coast.
Local services depart Chester for Crewe, Liverpool Lime Street, Manchester Piccadilly, Shrewsbury and Wrexham General.
Chester Railway Station is a Cheshire Gateway Station with services from London Euston, Birmingham, Cardiff and the North Wales Coast.
There are local services every 15 minutes to Liverpool and a twice hourly service to Manchester.
Birmingham International Airport has a direct service to Chester and there are excellent rail links from Manchester International and Liverpool John Lennon Airports.
The station is on City Road and you will find a frquent shuttle bus into Chester on Monday to Saturdays.
